SUMMARY:
Deer and bear kill permits. Prohibits persons who have obtained kill permits from shooting deer or bear between midnight and 6:00 a.m. Such permits are authorized by game wardens for landowners or lessees whose property is being damaged by these animals. Currently, there are no time limits on when the shooting may occur.
