SUMMARY:
Discharge of judgments against bankrupt. Allows bankrupt who has been granted an order of discharge under Chapter 7 (liquidation) of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, to the extent allowed by federal and state law, to discharge recorded judgments against him by filing a list of those judgments with the appropriate clerk of court.
