SUMMARY:
Child victims; closed circuit testimony. Allows the guardian ad litem for the child to petition for the use of closed-circuit two-way televised testimony in the same manner as the Commonwealth's attorney and defense attorney may currently. The guardian ad litem must be present in the room with the child.
