SUMMARY:
Driver's licenses. Provides for issuance of restricted licenses to persons under 18. Except when (i) driving to or from a regular job or (ii) accompanied by a licensed driver 18 years old or older, persons holding these restricted licenses cannot drive between midnight and five a.m. These restrictions can be lifted when the licensee turns 17 if he has not violated any motor vehicle law, ordinance, or regulation and has passed a driver training course.
