SUMMARY:

Regulation of service by certain gas distribution companies. Requires the State Corporation Commission to regulate, to the same extent it regulates other public utility service, the utility service furnished to any federal, state or local governmental facility by a natural gas distribution company for which a service area has been determined by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
