SUMMARY:

Land exchange. Exchanges a parcel of land owned by the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries known as the Pettigrew Wildlife Management Area in Caroline County for a nearby parcel of rural property, which is of equal or greater value. Approximately 70 percent of the property conveyed by the Board is to be placed under a conservation easement or dedicated to open space uses. The land exchange is subject to approval by the Caroline County Board of Supervisors.
