SUMMARY:
Perjury or subornation of perjury. Specifies that if a defendant is prosecuted for these offenses on the basis of testimony given in any proceeding other than before a regular grand jury, special grand jury or a multi-jurisdictional grand jury, a part only of any record, proceeding or writing may not be given in evidence in the trial without the consent of the accused.
