SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; privileges of winery licensees. Allows distillery to receive deliveries and shipments of alcoholic beverages, other than wine or beer, from other distilleries. Currently, these licensees are authorized only to receive deliveries and shipments of such alcoholic beverages from other distilleries owned by the licensees. The bill also allows winery licensees to receive deliveries and shipments of spirits distilled from fruit or fruit juices in closed containers from distilleries to be used only for the fortification of wine produced by the licensee distilleries. Currently, winery licensees must distill fruit juices on their own premises.
