1995 SESSION
HB 2002 Practicing dentistry without a license.
Introduced by: David G. Brickley | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Dentistry; practicing without a license. Prohibits licensure by endorsement for the practice of dentistry in the Commonwealth. Licensure by reciprocity would still be allowable; however, the Board of Dentistry has not granted any reciprocity to date. This provision will not in any way effect the present provisions allowing licensure, without examination, for certain faculty members and students in the School of Dentistry. This bill is identical to SB 767 (Woods).
