SUMMARY:
Virginia taxable income. Allows a taxpayer to deduct the withdrawal of Individual Retirement Account (IRA) contributions to the extent the contributions were subject to the income tax in another state. This results from a handful of states which do not conform to the federal treatment of IRA contributions. Rolled into House Bill 1424.
