SUMMARY:

Sale of unweaned or certain immature animals; vaccinations required for dogs and cats. Prohibits the sale of dogs and cats under the age of seven weeks. The measure also requires dealers to provide dogs and cats with a set of four vaccinations at least five days before the buyer takes possession and to provide the animal's immunization history.
