SUMMARY:

Firearms. Requires persons purchasing firearms from licensed dealers to pay a fee of $50 or submit proof of completion of a specified firearms safety course. The funds collected are to be remitted to the State Police for deposit into the state treasury for use in supporting state firearms safety instruction and information programs.
