SUMMARY:

Virginia Retirement System; additional retirement allowance. Provides that the Commonwealth shall pay all the costs associated with the additional retirement allowance, equal to three percent of a VRS member's service retirement allowance, enacted by Chapter 5 of the 1994 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I.
