SUMMARY:
Child support. Authorizes courts, on the issue of determining child support, to designate which party shall have the income tax dependency exemption for each child of the parties for both federal and state income tax purposes. To effect any such order, the court may direct that a party execute all appropriate tax forms or waivers to grant to the other party the right to claim the dependency exemption.
