1995 SESSION
HB 1881 Board for People with Disabilities.
Introduced by: Joyce K. Crouch | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Virginia Board for People with Disabilities. Consolidates the ability to receive and disburse the Federal Developmental Disabilities Allotment into the responsibilities of the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities. Since it now has department status, it can serve as a “designated state agency.” Having the money come to the Board will reduce the state match to 25 percent rather than the current 50 percent match rate for federal money.
