SUMMARY:

Criminal history records check of certain school boards' employees. Adds the school boards of Frederick County and the City of Winchester to those local school boards that shall require fingerprinting as a condition of employment in order to access national criminal records. Records are only searched for specific convictions of certain serious crimes, such as murder, neglect of children, and sexual assault.
