SUMMARY:
Uniform Statewide Building Code; inspection. Deletes the requirement that existing residential buildings be located in conservation and rehabilitation districts in order for a locality to conduct inspections for compliance with Building Code regulations upon termination of a rental tenancy or when the rental property is sold.
