SUMMARY:
Time limit to convene workers' compensation hearing. Requires a workers' compensation hearing (conducted pursuant to subsection A of § 65.2-704) to be held within 60 days from the time of application for such hearing. Under the bill, the Commission may grant a continuance at the request of either party upon a showing of good cause.
