SUMMARY:
Certificates of analysis admission into evidence in criminal proceedings. Provides that if the Commonwealth fails to provide counsel for the accused a copy of the certificate of analysis at least seven days prior to the hearing or trial upon request of such counsel, the sole remedy of the accused, upon filing a pretrial motion therefor, shall be the right to a continuance.
