SUMMARY:

Corporations; registered names of foreign corporations. Substitutes with a flat fee of $20, the current formula for determining fees foreign corporations must pay to register corporate names with the Virginia State Corporation Commission. The bill also adds clarifying language concerning the effective period of each registration.
