SUMMARY:

Allocation of the Commonwealth Airport Fund. Adds Virginia airports owned or leased by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority to the airports entitled to allocations from the Commonwealth Airport Fund. For fiscal years after 1995, MWAA will receive any amount in excess of $12.1 million available for allocation from the fund, up to $2 million.
