SUMMARY:
Predischarge plan. Requires that a copy of any mental health predischarge plan for treatment be provided to the juvenile's parents. In addition, if the juvenile is housed in a detention home the copy goes to the superintendent of the detention home or, if the juvenile is committed to the Department of Social Services, to the Department and to the court.
