SUMMARY:
Insurance agents; definitions and general provisions. Amends the definition of “solicit, negotiate, procure, or effect” to clarify that an insurance agent must have a license in order to perform the activities of an agent regardless of whether the agent receives direct or indirect compensation for such activities.
