SUMMARY:
Motor carrier deregulation. Revises laws relating to motor carriers to comply with the U.S. Federal Aviation Authorization Act of 1994, which preempts the states from regulating intrastate motor carriers of property with regard to price, route or service. Other changes are required for implementation of the International Fuel Tax Agreement, which is effective on January 1, 1996.
