SUMMARY:

Freedom of Information Act; distribution of agendas. Requires at least one copy of agenda packets, furnished to members of a public body for a public meeting, to be made available for inspection by the public at the same time such materials are furnished to the public body. The bill also clarifies that agendas are not excluded from disclosure under FOIA. The bill contains technical amendments.
