SUMMARY:

Virginia Racing Commission; percentage retained on pari-mutuel wagering pools. Clarifies when payments are to be made to the Virginia Breeders Fund from pari-mutuel wagering pools. The bill also clarifies that, where there are satellite facilities, a specified percentage of the wagering pool goes to the Virginia locality in which the track is located.
