SUMMARY:
Reduction of surety bonds. Limits the amount of the personal representatives' surety bond to the amount of the estate that is passing to persons other than such personal representatives. This bill also provides for the reduction of surety bonds during the course of the administration of a decedent's estate to reflect the diminished value of assets under the control of the personal representatives due to disbursements, distributions or changes in value.
