SUMMARY:
Lottery Fund. Requires one percent of the gross revenues from the sale of lottery tickets to be distributed to localities based on their percentage of school-age children. Moneys distributed to localities may be used only for law-enforcement purposes. The cap on appropriations for the administration of the lottery are reduced from 10 percent to nine percent of the estimated gross revenues from lottery sales.
