SUMMARY:
Workers' compensation; reduction of compensation benefits by employer-funded pension benefits. Reduces workers' compensation benefits paid to retired employees by the amount of any employer-funded pension benefits paid to such employees. The bill's provisions are applicable to persons receiving workers' compensation awards on or after July 1, 1995.
