SUMMARY:
Firearms dealers. Requires any person who sells or transfers, or attempts to sell or transfer, five or more firearms in a calendar year to register with the State Police as a firearms dealer unless he is a federally registered dealer. The $200 registration fee is waived if the person sells or transfers fewer than five firearms annually other than antique firearms, collector firearms, or firearms being transferred in the settlement of an estate.
