SUMMARY:

State Police Officers' Retirement System. Retroactively applies the increased additional retirement allowance enacted in Chapter 568 of the Acts of the 1993 Session of the General Assembly to eligible state police officers who retired before July 1, 1993, and who were receiving the additional retirement allowance on that date.
