SUMMARY:
Commission on Early Childhood and Child Day Care Programs. Expands the Commission's duties in assessing future day care needs and trends, decreases the membership of the Commission from 20 to 15 by replacing agency head members with the Secretaries of Health and Human Resources and Education, and extends the sunset clause to July 1, 1998.
