SUMMARY:
Workers' compensation; occupational disease presumption. Includes salaried lifesaving or rescue squad members and emergency medical technicians as employees under the Workers' Compensation Act and adds them to the list of employees who are entitled to a rebuttable presumption that hypertension and heart disease suffered by such employees are occupational diseases under the Act.
