Department of Corrections (DOC); authorization to enter into certain contracts for correctional facilities. Clarifies that DOC is authorized to enter into contracts with corporations, partnerships, or individuals to purchase water or wastewater treatment services or both for the expansion or consturction of correctional facilities.
