SUMMARY:

Virginia Public Procurement Act; contracts for investment of local funds. Expands the current Code preference that may be given to qualifying institutions for community reinvestment activities in communities that have established affordable housing programs pursuant to Title 15.1 to also include those communities which established such programs by local ordinance adopted prior to December 31, 1988.
