SUMMARY:

Sales tax exemption; civic and community service organization. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, to nonprofit organizations organized exclusively to provide assistance to persons age 16 through 65 who have life-controlling problems with drugs, alcohol or crime. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
