Sales and use tax exemption; Loudoun Library Foundation, Inc. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1996, for tangible personal property purchased for use or consumption by or sold by a nonprofit tax exempt organization which raises funds for grant aid to any public library in the Commonwealth. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
