Sales and use tax exemption; Council for America's First Freedom. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1,1995, through June 30, 1999, to a nonprofit § 501 (c) (3) organization which was organized to commemorate the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
