SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; Jewish Family Services, Inc. Grants a sales and use tax exemption to a nonprofit § 501 (c) (3) organization which preserves, strengthens and promotes healthy family life, prevents individual and family breakdown and addresses other human service needs in the community. This exemption runs from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
