SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption for little league-type organizations. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, to an organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code which fosters, sponsors and promotes sportsmanship, recreation and health through athletic programs and contests for youths in the Commonwealth. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
