Sales and use tax exemption; Greater Prince William CASA, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, for tangible personal property purchased by a § 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization organized to provide representation in court for abused and neglected children through volunteer court-appointed special advocates. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
