SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemptions; Hopewell Food Pantry, Inc., and United Way of Hopewell. Grants a sales and use tax exemption, from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, on purchases made by a nonprofit organization which provides emergency food to needy individuals and on purchases and sales made by a nonprofit organization which makes monetary distributions to other nonprofit organizations. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
