SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; Multiple Sclerosis Society chapters. Grants a sales and use tax exemption to a nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code which provides assistance (i) to persons suffering from multiple sclerosis and their families and (ii) for related medical research. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
