SUMMARY:
Sales tax exemption; nonprofit civic and community. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1999, for tangible personal property purchased for use or consumption by organizations which provide independent living services to individuals with disabilities and to the community at large.
