SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemption for property donated to disaster victims. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1999, for property donated to victims of natural disasters declared such for federal aid purposes. Incorporated in House Bill 1512.
