SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; Endependence Center, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, for tangible personal property purchased by an organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and organized to provide services to people with physical, sensory and cognitive disabilities. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
