Sales and use tax exemption; Hands for Christ. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, to a nonprofit organization which provides a nondenominational religious outreach program by lending or donating written material and video or audio tapes free of charge. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
