SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemption; Northern Virginia Resource Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Persons. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1996, on purchases and sales made by a nonprofit organization which provides specialized information and referral services, education programs and advocacy on behalf of deaf and hard-of-hearing persons. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
