HB 1516 Department of education in Henrico County.

SUMMARY:

Department of education in county with county manager form of government. Provides that, in such a county (only Henrico), an elected school board shall initially have five elected members. Thereafter, the school board shall have between three and nine members as set by the board of supervisors. At least one member of the school board shall be elected from each supervisor's election district; their terms shall coincide with the terms of the board of supervisors.
