SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemptions; The Samaritan Group, Inc., and Gloucester Housing Partnership, Inc. Grants a sales and use tax exemption on purchases and sales, from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, to a nonprofit organization which provides financial assistance to needy individuals and to a nonprofit organization which repairs and rehabilitates homes of low-income individuals. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
